copy of SikaEmaco® T 1100 TIX
Fast-setting and rapid-hardening, flowable repair mortar for horizontal concrete surfaces. It features shrinkage-compensating properties and high strength.
SikaEmaco® T 1200 PG is a one-component, fast-setting and rapid-hardening, flowable repair mortar, classified as R4 in accordance with the requirements of EN 1504-3.
The product is supplied as a dry, factory-prepared mix, ready for use after mixing with water. The formula is based on sulphate-resistant Portland cement (HSR LA) and hydraulic binders, combined with sands with optimized grading. It also contains PAN polymer fibers (polyacrylonitrile) and special additives that ensure rapid strength gain even at temperatures below zero, improved durability, and low drying shrinkage.
After mixing with water, a mortar with a fluid or flowable consistency is obtained, which can be easily placed manually or mechanically. The mortar is applied in layers with a thickness of 10–150 mm.
Applications of SikaEmaco® T 1200 PG:
- repairs of structural horizontal concrete elements,
- jointing of paving blocks,
- bedding of small and large manhole frames using formwork,
- fixing of street furniture elements,
- optimization of renovation works in areas and facilities subject to traffic loads,
- indoor and outdoor use,
- use at low temperatures,
- use in the most demanding conditions where very short downtime / out-of-service periods are required.
Approximate consumption:
to prepare 1 m3 of fresh mortar, approx. 2000 kg of SikaEmaco® T 1200 PG is required.
One 25 kg bag yields approx. 12.4 l of mortar (actual yield depends on the amount of mixing water).
Delivery: 3–5 business days.

Rapid strength gain - return to service after approx. 2 hours (at +20°C)

Easy application

Flowable consistency - facilitates application
Key properties:
Application and execution conditions
- easy application,
- flowable consistency
facilitating application, - after adding gravel
application in thicker layers is possible, - can be used at temperatures
below zero down to -5°C.
Strength and crack reduction
- very rapid strength gain
return to service after approx. 2 hours (at +20°C), - high strength
early and final, - low shrinkage
and minimized susceptibility to cracking thanks to PAN fibers.
Durability and service resistances
- excellent adhesion
and durability, - excellent resistance
to freeze/thaw cycles, - high resistance
to hydrocarbons, - very good slip resistance
also in wet conditions.
Structural protection and compliance
- very good reinforcement protection
thanks to very low water absorption and good carbonation resistance, - CE marking in accordance with EN 1504-3
R4-class cement mortar for structural and non-structural repair of concrete in buildings and civil engineering works, compliant with EN 1504-3:2005, with a declaration of performance based on a factory production control conformity certificate issued by a notified body certifying factory production control, bearing the CE mark.
