Flexible epoxy - DoPox® 30-62 / 30-62 SL
Dominator DoPox® 30-62 is a two-component, thick-film epoxy for use on floors in areas where high flexibility is required, especially in cold stores with temperatures between 0 and 5°C. It offers excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. It creates an aesthetic glossy or non-slip finish (depending on the system).
The DoPox® 30-62 floor remains highly flexible after curing (90-100% at 23°C) and does not crack, even on heavily used floors. It is also highly flexible at temperatures below 0°C - elongation at break is 40-50% at -10°C. This makes it ideal for use in cold stores and multi-level car parks, among other applications.
Flexible epoxy is sold in two versions:
- 30-62 - in 23.6 kg sets, containing 19 kg of base and 4.6 kg of hardener,
- 30-62 SL* - in 27.6 kg sets, containing 19 kg of base, 4.6 kg of hardener, and 4 kg of filler.
Key properties:
- solvent-free epoxy resin (2K)
- especially recommended for cold rooms with temperatures of 0-5°C
- highly flexible after curing
- elongation at break is 40-50% at -10°C
- withstands high mechanical stress, does not crack
- highly resistant to chemicals, oils, greases, etc.
- Resistant to frequent washing with detergents
- free of Bisphenol A
- does not contain VOCs (VOCs: 0 g/l)
Consumption: 1.6 - 2.0 kg/m2

The DoPox® 30-62 SL version is designed for creating the Heavy Duty 30-62 SL system in parking floors. This system is less reinforced with quartz and is not suitable for use under forklift traffic, so we do not recommend its use in cold stores.
