Chlorine rubber pool paint Chlorvar
Chlorvar is a high-quality, single-component chlorinated rubber-based swimming pool paint. Thanks to its good resistance to scrubbing and chemicals, it is ideal for decorating and protecting swimming pools. Its UV resistance makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Chlorvar swimming pool paint should be used on new concrete pools or pools previously painted with chlorinated rubber paint (not suitable for use on old resin coatings). Chlorinated rubber-based paints may require frequent renewal - on average every 3 years.
Chlorvar chlorinated rubber paint for swimming pools is designed for use on a variety of substrates:
- on dry concrete - directly
- on old chlorinated rubber coatings - directly
- the substrate must be very well dried (maximum 5% concrete moisture), after application, the paint must not be flooded with water for 14 days, otherwise detachment may occur
- the first layer of Chlorvar must be diluted by 10% with a thinner 15 - for chlorinated rubber paints
Coverage: 14 m²/l for a dry layer thickness of 25 µm
