Rust-Oleum 8399 primer

Rust-Oleum 8399 is a hygienic, impregnating primer designed to properly prepare surfaces before applying Rust-Oleum 8300 paint. Its quick-drying properties allow the primer and topcoat to be applied on the same day. The primer is based on a vinyl-acrylic polymer. It ensures the durability of the system over a long period of use.  

Primer for damp rooms 8399, in combination with topcoat 8300, creates an effective system that is resistant to frequent chemical cleaning, surface moisture, and, consequently, conditions conducive to mold growth. Designed for use on mineral substrates such as concrete, plastered or brick walls, masonry, mineral fiber boards, etc. It guarantees easy application with a brush, roller, or spray.
