Concrete repair resin - Rompox 1505 + quartz

Rompox 1505 concrete repair resin with quartz sand is a two-component, low-viscosity epoxy mortar for filling defects in industrial hall floors exposed to forklift traffic.

Rompox 1505 epoxy repair resin with quartz sand is characterized by high abrasion and impact resistance. It withstands the pressure of forklifts and is suitable for areas with heavy vehicle traffic. It has very good adhesion to concrete.

For every 1 kg of Rompox 1505 resin, 1 to 8 kg of quartz sand can be added. Even at a ratio of 1:8 (8 kg of sand per 1 kg of resin), we obtain a mortar resistant to forklift traffic:

• adding 1-2 kg of sand per 1 kg of resin gives a liquid product ideal for filling small gaps,
• adding approx. 3 kg of sand per 1 kg of resin gives us a semi-fluid, easy-to-spread mortar,
• adding 4-8 kg of sand to 1 kg of resin produces a mixture resembling masonry mortar, which must be spread and leveled with a trowel.

Consumption: 1.6 kg of mixture (resin + sand) per m² at a thickness of 1 mm
