ProFloor Plus epoxy flooring is a solvent-free product. This allows the flooring to be applied in thick coats (200 µm wet layer = 200 µm dry coating). This significantly speeds up the application process. Long-lasting floor protection - even under very heavy exposure - is achieved by applying 1 coat of primer and 1 thick coat of ProFloor Plus. The complete system can be applied in 1-2 days. After another 24 hours, 80% of the system's strength is achieved. The floor achieves full mechanical resistance after 3 days.
ProFloor Plus epoxy flooring is also available in a very fast-drying version – 90% of the strength is achieved after just 24 hours.
ProFloorPlus has undergone independent laboratory verification. This confirms its full compliance with the requirements of BREEAM UK New Construction 2025 certification in the key category Hea 04 – Indoor air quality (VOC emissions). The product also meets the most stringent criteria for the exemplary level.

ProFloorPlus, known as the "Second Formula," has very similar properties to ProFloorPlus. The main differences are:
- different mixing ratio of base and hardener [4:1]
- stronger odor during application
- slightly poorer flow
- slightly poorer coverage
- lower price
Once cured, ProFloorPlus "Second Formula" has similar properties to standard ProFloorPlus. However, due to its slightly more difficult application, we offer the product at a better price.
