Epoxy mortar - Dominator DoPox® 30-34 + quartz

Dominator 30-34 + quartz epoxy mortar is a professional repair mortar based on a two-component epoxy resin. The mortar can withstand the pressure of forklift trucks, making it ideal for repairing floors in industrial halls, production halls, warehouses, and more. 

Dominator 30-34 epoxy mortar with quartz sand has high abrasion and impact resistance. It adheres very well to concrete. It is also suitable for areas with heavy vehicle traffic.

A major advantage of Dominator 30-34 mortar is its high versatility. The mortar can be used both to fill small cracks and cavities, as well as to model larger slopes or ramps. Depending on your needs, you can add 1 to 8 kg of quartz sand or W12 quartz powder per 1 kg of Dominator 30-34 resin:

• adding 1-2 kg of sand or W12 quartz powder per 1 kg of resin gives a liquid product, ideal for filling small gaps,
• adding approx. 3 kg of quartz sand per 1 kg of resin gives a semi-liquid, easy-to-spread repair mortar,
• adding 4-8 kg of sand per 1 kg of resin produces a mixture resembling masonry mortar, which must be spread and leveled with a trowel.

Consumption: 1.6 kg of compound (resin + sand) per m² at a thickness of 1 mm

You can choose between resin sets with quartz and resin alone.
