Quick-drying paint binder - Rust-Oleum 3366

Rust-Oleum 3366 quick-drying paint adhesive is a two-component epoxy primer that increases adhesion on smooth and non-porous substrates, including tiles, mechanically troweled concrete, etc. The adhesive bonds very strongly to the applied surface and prevents paint coatings from peeling off. Its special formula allows top coats to be applied just 3 hours after the primer has been applied.

The fast-drying RO 3366 paint binder allows for the application of virtually all epoxy, polyurethane, chlorinated rubber-polyvinyl, and acrylic materials. The adhesive is a solvent-free, low-odor material. It has a low VOC content. It can be applied with a brush or roller.
