Grout for paving and stone - EASY

EASY Paving and Stone Grout is ideal for grouting natural and concrete pavers, stone and concrete slabs, and clinker. It is eco-friendly, easy, and quick to apply.

Thanks to the use of a polymer binder, the EASY grout for pavers and stone is characterized by high durability and resistance to salt, frost, and mechanical cleaning. The grout does not allow weeds to grow through it.

EASY grout is characterized by very high water permeability. Thanks to its porous structure , almost all rainwater flows through the joint into a suitably permeable substrate. As a result, the joint meets the requirements for permeable joints and provides a solution that supports environmentally friendly stormwater management.

This grout is ideal for grouting sidewalks, patios, walkways, plazas, and other surfaces intended primarily for pedestrian traffic.

Key features:

  • 1-component polymer-based grout
  • very high water permeability
  • frost and salt-resistant
  • resistant to mechanical cleaning
  • reduces weed growth
  • easy and quick to apply
  • durable and attractive grout for use around the home
  • min. grout width: 5 mm; min. grout depth: 30 mm

Technical Specifications:

Water permeability: approx. 12 l/min/m²
Density: 1.37 kg/dm³
Fracture strength: 2.2 N/mm²
Compressive strength: 4.0 N/mm²
Static modulus of elasticity: 690 N/mm²
Storage: 6 months, at temperatures above 0oC, in a dry room

The data provided refer to values achieved under construction conditions. Under laboratory conditions, the values may be higher — see technical data sheet.

Consumption:

The table below shows the mortar consumption required based on the size of the pavers. The values are calculated for a joint width of 8 mm and a joint depth of 30 mm. Paver size — length x width — is given in cm.

EASY Grout Coverage

Example: 10 cm x 10 cm pavers = 6.42 kg/m²

See also the coverage calculator.

The table and the coverage calculator are only reference tools. Due to the varying properties of each surface, the values provided are approximate and may differ from actual results. We recommend conducting a test application to determine the actual coverage.

Note: A rigid subbase is always important. The pavers must not move before grouting. They must be laid on concrete or a sand-cement bed.
