Siroflex GG, the strongest assembly adhesive, is an excellent, strong, and fast alternative to problematic metal fasteners, weak epoxy mortars, and other adhesives. The adhesive is designed for use in all conditions, even difficult ones such as moisture. Once cured, it remains flexible and resistant to weathering.
Siroflex GG assembly adhesive is versatile in its application. Thanks to its instant bonding, it is ideal for hanging signs, advertisements, and letters on buildings and for sticking banners. Thanks to its extreme bonding strength, it is suitable for fixing everyday items such as shelves, countertops, and window sills, as well as in specialized areas such as laying ceramic and cement tiles. When applied correctly, it is sufficient for 7-8 running meters of line.
Instructions for using Siroflex Grip & Grab mounting adhesive:
1. Equipment – V-shaped groove nozzle
The nozzle attached to the adhesive cartridge has a factory-cut V-shaped hole. Do not use other standard nozzles or attempt to cut a hole in them. Always use the factory-supplied nozzle. Before starting the application, screw the nozzle onto the adhesive cartridge.
2. Equipment – application gun
Place the glue cartridge in the application gun and adjust the length of the cartridge to its height. Due to the high density of the glue, it is recommended to use professional guns to ensure the best application results.
3. Surface preparation
Before applying the adhesive, clean both surfaces (the substrate and the element to be mounted) of contaminants such as oil, grease, dust, and poorly bonded paint coatings. In addition, it is necessary to remove any residues of paint, adhesives, putty, etc. The entire surface should be dry, clean, and stable before applying the adhesive.
Siroflex Grip & Grab mounting adhesive is characterized by high adhesion. However, it is very important to apply it in the right amount, as this prevents slippage.
4. Application – nozzle angle
The adhesive should be applied with a gun with the nozzle at a 60° angle to the substrate and the V-shaped groove facing upwards. The application is carried out by pulling the gun with the adhesive towards the person applying it.
For easier application and increased durability, it is recommended to apply Siroflex GG assembly adhesive at room temperature.
5. Application – method of application
Siroflex Grip & Grab assembly adhesive should be applied to one of the surfaces in the form of vertical strips parallel to the edges of the object, 20-30 cm apart (for heavier objects, the distance between the strips may be smaller). Do not apply the adhesive in dots or diagonally. Try to ensure that the lines do not overlap.

6. Assembly
Place the element on the surface and press firmly for a few minutes to ensure that the adhesive is evenly distributed. For heavy elements, we recommend applying more adhesive and holding the element against the surface longer and more firmly. Use mechanical fasteners if necessary. Such support is necessary when gluing an object "in the air," e.g., on a wall.
