RD-Aquatop PU hard PVC paint is a modern, quick-drying (touch-dry and recoatable after just 1 hour), water-based, single-component polyurethane topcoat. It has good resistance to abrasion and ultraviolet radiation, making it an excellent choice for renovating plastic furniture, window frames, etc.
It has excellent adhesion to hard PVC and does not leave streaks when applied with a roller, brush, or spray. It creates an aesthetic and smooth coating in many colors.
RD-Aquatop PU hard PVC paint can be used both indoors and outdoors. The paint is based on a mixture of polyurethane and acrylic resins, does not yellow or chalk, and the colors fade slowly. RD-Aquatop PU has a low VOC content and does not emit unpleasant odors during application.

Why does the can say that there is only 0.99 l, 0.97 l, or 0.93 l of paint?
The total volume of paint consists of the volume of the base and the volume of the pigment.
The total volume depends on the color, but is very close to 1 l.
The exact volume of a 1 l package, depending on the color, is presented in the table on the right/below.
The volume of 5 l and 10 l packages differs analogously.
Gloss:
RD-Aquatop PU in white and pastel colors has a higher gloss (approx. 80 for gloss, approx. 40 for satin, approx. 10 for matte) than RD-Aquatop PU in dark colors (approx. 60 for gloss, approx. 20 for satin, <10 for matte).
