HardCoat Easy R10/R12 anti-slip coating is a combination of a two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin and NS 300 anti-slip additive / quartz sand.
The surface allows you to create a durable, rough anti-slip finish with R10 or R12 anti-slip properties (depending on the system). It has been tested in accordance with PN-EN 13036-4 - check the certificate.
HardCoat Easy R10/R12 is characterized by high mechanical and chemical resistance. It is resistant to car and forklift traffic, making it ideal even for industrial floors with heavy loads. It exhibits long-term resistance to various strong chemicals, oils, greases, as well as certain acids and bases - check the chemical resistance chart.
The HardCoat Easy R10/R12 non-slip surface is a solvent-free product - non-toxic and non-flammable. It does not contain Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC 0 g/l), so it does not emit unpleasant odors during application.
Consumption: 0.25 kg/m² (for one coat)

Note: The systems presented above are suitable for light to medium forklift traffic. If resistance to heavier traffic is required (e.g., intensive forklift traffic up to 24 hours a day), thicker layers of HardCoat Easy should be used—please contact us and check the systems on the Epoxy Floors page.
HardCot Easy R10/R12 anti-slip surface systems have been tested for slip resistance in accordance with PN-EN 13036-4 and have obtained pendulum roughness indices (PTV) of: 62/72 in dry conditions; 38/62 in wet conditions; R10 / R12. Guidelines in the United Kingdom recommend a PTV value of 36 in dry conditions and in wet and contaminated conditions.
