Anti-static Resin Static Guard 30-52 AS

Static Guard 30-52 AS anti-static resin is a solvent-free, conductive epoxy system that forms a smooth, sealed, and non-porous coating with uniform conductivity—resistance to ground Ru < 1 × 106Ω according to EN 1081 and a walking test result < 100 V according to EN 61340-4-5.

The Static Guard 30-52 AS conductive floor is suitable for facilities with high traffic loads. It provides very high mechanical and chemical resistance and is easy to keep clean.

The Static Guard 30-52 AS anti-static resin is ideal for production facilities, warehouses, laboratories, cleanrooms, and areas where the risk of electrostatic discharge must be minimized.

The Static Guard 30-52 AS system can be used in EX zones / explosion-hazard zones, where a properly selected conductive floor supports the safe dissipation of electrical charges.

Static Guard 30-52 AS conductive resin is classified as fire resistance class Cfl-s1 (flame-retardant flooring), in accordance with EN 13501-1. It creates a resin flooring of class EN 13813: SR-B1,5-AR1-IR4.

Coverage: 2 kg/m2

Key features:

Conductive properties

  • excellent conductive properties,
    resistance to earth Ru < 1 × 106Ω,
  • uniform dissipation of electrostatic charges,
system compliant with EN 1081 and EN 61340-4-5,
  • reduces the risk of electrostatic charge build-up,
walking test < 100 V, in accordance with EN 61340-4-5.

Resistance

  • designed for heavy mechanical loads,
suitable for industrial floors with intensive forklift traffic,
  • very high chemical resistance,
resistant, among others, to fuels (petrol, diesel), oils (e.g. linseed oil), greases, spills of various acids and alkalis (e.g. hydrochloric acid 20%, nitric acid 5%, sulphuric acid 60%),
  • scratch resistance ≤ AR1, adhesion ≥ B1.5,
  • creates a sealed coating resistant to liquids,
reduces dirt penetration and makes the floor easier to keep clean.

Aesthetics

  • creates a smooth, uniform surface,
seamless, non-porous flooring with a gloss finish,
  • available in selected standard RAL colours,
allows the floor to be matched to the aesthetic and functional requirements of the facility.

Safe application

  • contains no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC: 0 g/l),
  • solvent-free,
the product is non-flammable during application,
  • flooring with low flammability - fire resistance class Cfl-s1,
    in accordance with EN 13501-1.

Application

  • explosion hazard zones / EX zones, automotive industry,
  • production, warehouses and logistics,
  • laboratories, clean rooms, medical and pharmaceutical sectors.

Note: During calculation, it is worth considering whether the anti-static flooring should be applied throughout the entire hall. In production halls, conductive flooring may only be required along production lines. In the remaining part of the hall, a more economical and mechanically durable epoxy flooring can be used.

The systems presented are general recommendations. Each project should be treated individually. In case of any doubts, please contact us so that we can select the appropriate system for the specific problem.
