Primer for oily substrates - DoPox® HeavyBond 30-33

Primer for oily substrates DoPox® HeavyBond 30-33 is a two-component epoxy primer with zero emissions (0 VOC), manufactured by a Danish company. The product was designed for priming concrete substrates which, despite prior cleaning, may still contain oil residues.

It is characterized by very good adhesion to demanding surfaces and very good flowability, which makes it also ideal as a base for epoxy repair compounds with added quartz. The product does not contain volatile organic compounds and remains completely solid after curing.

Description

Note:

For best results, the surface to be coated should be properly prepared by mechanically removing as much dirt as possible. If the primer is used on very dirty surfaces, adhesion problems may occur.
