Monovar PU is a modern, water-based, single-component polyurethane varnish with abrasion and moisture resistance comparable to two-component varnishes. It does not contain isocyanates and is safe to use, even when sprayed. The varnish is very hard, scratch and UV resistant, and dries quickly. It does not yellow or change the color of the substrate*. It creates an easily washable, easy to clean, aesthetic finish.
Monovar PU single-component polyurethane varnish is easy to apply and does not usually leave streaks**. It is ideal for varnishing furniture and paneling, wooden parquet floors, microcement, hard PVC, walls and exterior facades, as well as floors with light foot traffic. It can be used indoors and outdoors.

Note: Monovar PU clear coat is not the best solution for application on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. For this purpose, we recommend using Hydrograff HP two-component paint.

** Monovar PU spreads very well. However, as with all varnishes, to reduce streaking, it is not recommended to apply it in conditions where it will dry quickly - for more information, see NZP.
