Hard Hat 2300 Line Paint Spray

Hard Hat 2300 line marking sprays are top-quality sprays that provide excellent surface coverage. They are the perfect tool for creating durable, long-lasting lines with sharp edges. Combined with a high-quality HH line marking trolley, these sprays allow you to achieve the perfect line with just one coat!

The sprays are abrasion-resistant and perfectly retain the applied color. Used in conjunction with painting templates, they are ideal for painting markings in warehouses, halls, as well as on roads, parking lots, driveways, etc.

Theoretical coverage:

approx. 180 m / 750 ml can for a 5 cm wide line;
approx. 90 m / 750 ml can for a line width of 10 cm.

Practical coverage:

the theoretical coverage given above is indicated for a dry layer thickness of 25 µm, which, as shown in the video below, can provide color coverage under laboratory conditions;
the practical coverage of sprays depends on the absorbency of the surface on which they are used and whether we are painting new lines or just renewing existing markings. Based on our experience, we can provide the following coverage figures as close to reality:
