Oil Remover Q227 degreaser and cleaner

Oil Remover Q227 is a neutral, effective degreasing and cleaning agent that penetrates deep into the surface. It is ideal for removing dirt, heavy oil stains, and other contaminants from surfaces such as steel, concrete, brick, ceramic tiles, etc. It can be used on floors, walls, and other hard surfaces.

Description

Oil Remover Q227 degreasing and cleaning agent is biodegradable. It is a strongly alkaline agent (pH 13) - it causes eye and skin irritation, therefore it should be applied wearing appropriate protective clothing. It is water-soluble, but does not require dilution and is ready for immediate use. It is ideal for preparing surfaces before applying subsequent coatings, seals, and other finishes.

Coverage:

cleaning non-absorbent surfaces: 5-6 m^²/l
cleaning oil stains and heavy dirt: 1 - 2 m²/l

How to use the product:

Apply the product generously to the entire surface - no dilution required.
Rub the product into the surface using a stiff brush or broom and leave to act for 20–60 minutes.
Rinse the surface with water using a hose or pressure washer.
Collect the water and leave the surface to dry.

If necessary, if all contaminants have not been removed, clean the surface mechanically or with etching fluids to ensure adequate adhesion.
