DoPox® HardCoat 30-52 - solvent-free epoxy resin
DoPox® HardCoat 30-52 is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin for finishing floors and flooring. It is characterized by the highest mechanical and chemical resistance. Depending on the system, it allows you to create an aesthetic smooth or non-slip finish, guaranteeing long-lasting protection.
The resin is available in 3 versions:
- 30-52 Easy - applied with a roller, approx. 0.4-0.6 mm thick, for medium-intensity forklift traffic - 1-2 forklifts up to 12 hours a day,
- 30-52 - non-slip, approx. 1 mm thick, for high-intensity forklift traffic - several forklifts up to 24 hours a day,
- 30-52 SL - self-leveling smooth, approx. 2-3 mm thick, for very high intensity forklift traffic - many forklifts up to 24 hours a day.
It does not contain VOCs (0 g/l) or solvents, making it safe for the applicator. It is non-toxic and non-flammable, and the applied coating is easy to keep clean.
Thanks to the above properties, HardCoat 30-52 resin is a very versatile solution. It is ideal for floors in halls and warehouses, as well as in offices, showrooms, etc.

Anti-slip properties
- selected systems have been tested for slip resistance in accordance with PN-EN 13036-4 (check the certificate):

- PTV in wet conditions: 38 / 40 / 62,
- R: R10 / R12.
