RD-Repair roof sealant

RD-Repair roof sealing agent has a wide range of applications – it is ideal for use on roofs as well as for sealing gutters, ridge elements, pipes, chimney flues, skylights, etc. The sealant adheres to virtually all types of roofing materials, including corrugated metal, bitumen, asphalt, hard PVC, polyester, zinc, aluminum, glass, tiles, fiberboard, slate, etc.

Application - quick roof sealing in winter in three steps:

• clean the surface of mud, leaves, sand, snow, etc. It is best to use a hard rice brush for this
• wipe with a wet sponge to moisten the surface
• apply one layer of RD sealing compound perpendicular to the cracks using a brush or spatula.

RD-Repair sealant has limited resistance to UV rays. If used in areas with intense sunlight, it may slowly degrade. This process usually takes several years. However, it depends on exposure to UV rays.

For long-term protection, we recommend covering the compound with with Elastodeck or Elastometal during the summer. Please note that after applying the RD-Repair compound, you must wait at least 3 full days (at 20^oC) before applying subsequent coats of paint.
