Expansion joint compound for damp concrete HYBRICOL MS40 is a single-component elastomeric sealant that does not contain isocyanates. The expansion joint compound is based on silane-modified polymers. It is characterized by good adhesion to most materials and excellent chemical resistance. It is suitable for use on damp surfaces (concrete with moisture content up to 10%) and, in some cases, for use underwater.
HYBRICOL MS40 can be used to fill construction joints and contraction joints in industrial floors and surfaces exposed to foot and wheel traffic, as well as in surfaces exposed to weather conditions and temperature differences. It can also be used indoors and outdoors in warehouses, production halls, public buildings, etc.
