Monoguard white heat-reflective sheet metal roof paint
Monoguard white paint is a modern, water-based, single-component anti-corrosive paint for metal roofs, which combines effective, long-lasting anti-corrosive protection (even over 25 years) with high solar reflectance.
The paint can be used in harsh industrial and marine environments (C5). Its effectiveness has been proven in tests conducted by the independent COT laboratory (see certificate).
The paint is resistant to UV radiation and weather conditions, maintaining its protection and aesthetic white finish throughout its long service life. The white paint coating reflects solar radiation, reducing roof heating and improving thermal comfort in the building (SRI = 101 - see test report).
Monoguard white paint for metal roofs provides excellent adhesion to various substrates, including steel, galvanized, and coated sheet metal. The flexible structure of the coating compensates for thermal movements of the sheet metal, minimizing the risk of cracking and flaking.
In addition, Monoguard is a paint that is safe for both applicators and the environment. It has very low emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds and meets the requirements of LEED 2009 and LEED v4. It is ideal for renovations on industrial and warehouse facilities as well as residential and public buildings. It is also suitable for use in the food industry (PZH certificate).

Salt spray test – resistance to rust development:
After 1440 h of salt spray testing, the Monoguard anticorrosion paint remains intact. Even around the scribe, rust does not develop under the coating.
By applying 215 micrometres of Monoguard anticorrosion paint (dry film thickness), we obtain one of the most durable anticorrosion systems. The expected durability of the system is from 15 to 25 years under industrial conditions.
