anti-corrosive primer is based on two-component epoxy resins. It is characterized by excellent adhesion and provides long-lasting protection of steel against corrosion. It does not require prior sandblasting. It contains anti-corrosion pigments, but does not contain lead or chromates. It is intended for use on previously prepared rusted steel surfaces.

Thanks to its excellent adhesion to rusted surfaces, 9169 epoxy rust primer is an economical alternative to sandblasting. The primer penetrates deep into the corroded surface, providing active corrosion protection.
For additional mechanical and chemical protection, cover the primer with 1 or 2 coats of ProFloor Plus or RO9100 epoxy topcoat for indoor applications. For outdoor applications where UV exposure is a concern, use P101 or RO 9600 polyurethane topcoat.
