Quick-drying epoxy primer - QuickBond 30-35
QuickBond 30-35 is a two-component, fast-drying epoxy primer for concrete and cement substrates. The primer allows for very quick sanding and repainting of the substrate - already 2-3 hours after application (at 20°C - check drying times).
QuickBond 30-35 fast-drying epoxy primer is a solvent-free, low-odor product. It does not contain Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC = 0). It can be applied at low temperatures starting from 5°C. It can be applied with a roller or squeegee.
QuickBond 30-35 fast-drying primer is designed for use on sanded smooth or slightly porous concrete/cement floors. It is suitable for use in areas with heavy mechanical traffic (forklifts).
QuickBond 30-35 has been specially developed to reduce the downtime between priming and applying top coats. It is particularly recommended for contractors who want to increase their productivity and complete more jobs in less time.

Drying times:
The table below shows approximate drying times for sanding primed substrates depending on their temperature.

Remarks:
- Temperature determines the curing time of epoxy resin; lower temperatures prolong the curing time, while higher temperatures shorten it.
- The drying times given apply to systems with quartz filler. The use of quartz accelerates drying. When priming without quartz filler, drying times may be approximately doubled.
- The pot life of the mixed material is approximately 10-12 min. (at 20°C). At lower temperatures, the application time is expected to be longer, while at higher temperatures, it is expected to be shorter.
