GALVA ZINC 2185 zinc spray

Galva Zinc 2185 zinc spray is a fast-drying, zinc-rich (90% zinc) cold galvanizing spray based on epoxy resin. The product contains pure zinc as a pigment and provides cathodic protection.

Galva Zinc 2185 zinc spray - key properties:

  • highest protection in spray form
  • up to 90% zinc in the dry paint film
  • withstands 500 hours of salt spray testing (DIN 50.976)
  • cathodic protection of bare and galvanized steel
  • repainting after 1 hour; brush painting after 4 hours
  • metallic sprays are ideal for finishing
  • resistant to 450°C
  • matte gray color
  • also available in a brush-on version

Coverage: 1.4 m² per aerosol can with a dry film thickness of 35 µm
