Elastoflex flexible facade paint
Elastoflex facade paint – waterproof, highly elastic (over 600%), crack-bridging paint for the protection and decoration of facades and walls.
By closing pores and gaps, Elastoflex protects the wall against moisture penetration and corrosion-accelerating compounds. It stops the concrete corrosion process. It maintains high elasticity in a wide temperature range. Thanks to this, the applied coating follows the movements of the concrete and does not crack.
Elastoflex facade paint is distinguished by its exceptional durability against weather conditions and good chemical resistance. Thanks to its vapor permeability, the wall "breathes" and releases moisture from inside the building.
Elastoflex paint is perfect for protecting new walls and facades as well as for renovation. Thanks to its properties, the paint effectively protects walls and concrete from damage over a long period of use.
Elastoflex facade paint is a water-based product. It contains few Volatile Organic Compounds and does not emit unpleasant odors during application. It is safe for people staying in painted rooms, so it can be successfully used in inhabited buildings.
Consumption:
- application with a roller/brush: 150-250 g/m² per coat,

Certified facade paint - Elastoflex:

Elastoflex facade paint is a certified product for the protection of facades and concrete:
- resistant to freezing and thawing EN 13684-1 (2002),
- resistant to cyclic storm effects (thermal shock) EN 13687-2 (2002),
- flexible after UV radiation and exposure to moisture EN 1062-11,
- flexible - covers cracks EN 1062-7.
Key properties:
Protection against weather conditions
- 100% waterproof,
the wall remains completely dry, - very good weather resistance,
retains very high elasticity even at minus 20°C. Protects facades from rain, snow, and changing weather conditions, - resistant to contamination and aging in all
weather conditions, - very good UV resistance,
thanks to the use of acrylic, even dark and deep colors fade slowly,
Flexibility and durability
- 600% elasticity,
durable elasticity protects the facade, prevents cracking, peeling, and bulging, - bridges cracks,
ability to bridge cracks, - flexible in a wide temperature range,
from -30°C to +80°C,
Concrete protection
- anti-corrosion protection of concrete,
the paint protects reinforced concrete against corrosion, chloride penetration, carbonation, inhibits carbon dioxide penetration (CE certificate available), - very good chemical resistance, 5%
hydrochloric acid, 5% sodium hydroxide, alkalis, - Vapor permeable,
the wall "breathes" all the time,
Application and coverage
- easy application,
excellent adhesion to most substrates, water-soluble, - very good coverage,
already with 1 coat of 300 g/m² (application with a hydrodynamic drive),
Safety
- suitable for interior painting of food production facilities (
without direct contact with food) - PZH hygiene certificate, - low VOC content,
no unpleasant odors during application, - does not affect people staying in painted rooms, can
be successfully used in inhabited buildings, - does not pose a fire hazard.

water-resistant paint for protecting and decorating walls
Systems:
The table below presents Elastoflex facade paint systems depending on the consumption/thickness of the applied coating:
| Coating thickness: | Effect: | Cost: | Photo: |
|---|---|---|---|
| 300 - 400 g/m² (116 - 155 μm) |
provides very good color coverage, high coating elasticity, and high wall resistance to water and rain | check the cost of the system | ![]() |
| 800 g/m2 (310 μm) |
bridges minor cracks, ensures tightness and excellent protection of walls exposed to frequent heavy rain | check the cost of the system | ![]() |
| 1200 g/m2 (465 μm) + NX-2 reinforcing nonwoven fabric |
surfaces requiring the elimination of active cracks - up to 2 mm+ thick | check the cost of the system | ![]() |
Priming:
In most cases, Elastoflex is applied directly to the substrate without the use of primers. The paint usually adheres well to the substrate. The table below shows which primer should be used depending on the absorbency of the substrate:
| Substrate: | Recommended primer: |
|---|---|
| porous mineral surfaces, medium absorbency | Elastoflex diluted with 10% water |
| painted surfaces, non-chalking | Elastoflex diluted with 10% water |
| porous mineral surfaces, highly absorbent, e.g., dusty concrete | Unifix primer |
| painted surfaces, chalking | Unifix primer |
| compact mineral surfaces with low absorbency, e.g., architectural concrete | Multiprim primer |
