Unifix wall impregnating agent is a single-component, transparent primer designed for impregnating porous and dusty surfaces indoors and outdoors. The product is based on acrylic resin dispersed in water. It is ideal for impregnating substrates before applying water-based topcoat systems.
Unifix wall impregnating agent allows you to create a long-lasting and durable system together with Elastoflex flexible topcoat, which provides a waterproof finish for walls and facades.
Unifix wall impregnating agent penetrates and strengthens the applied substrate. It is easy to apply with a brush, roller, or hydrodynamic drive.
Coverage: approx. 10 m²/l depending on the roughness and porosity of the substrate.
