SX Contractors acrylic sealant is a product based on acrylic dispersions. It is designed for filling cracks, joints, fissures, and gaps indoors and outdoors. It can be used on door and window frames. It is easy to apply, flexible, and low-odor during application.

Note: After applying the sealant, wait at least 24 hours for it to cure completely. Then paint over it to make it resistant to moisture and bad weather. The sealant can be painted over with most water-based and solvent-based paints. For very porous surfaces, it is recommended to perform an adhesion test. In case of poor adhesion, use Unifix impregnating primer. The maximum width of gaps for a single application is 10 mm. For larger gaps, we recommend applying a second coat after 24 hours.
